How to Get the Most Out of Your Hour
Your audit happens live, on the call, working on your business with your real data. That is exactly what makes it worth the money. The more of your accounts you can open on the day, the more of your hour goes to finding money instead of hunting for logins.
Before the call, make sure you can log in to:
- Your sales and revenue data. Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, your merchant account, or wherever the money comes in. If you can pull up last month's numbers, you are in good shape.
- Your main expenses. The list of what you pay every month: software, subscriptions, contractors, ads. A bank or card statement works fine.
- Your CRM or sales tool. Wherever your customers and leads live, even if that is a spreadsheet.
- Your website analytics, if you have them. Google Analytics or anything similar. Nice to have, not required.
You can share your screen or read the numbers out, whichever is easier for you. Nothing you show leaves the call. And if something on this list does not exist in your business yet, that is useful information too. Bring what you have.
