FreedomAIOS is operated by IncredAgents LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use freedomaios.com, book an AIOS Audit call, or purchase an AIOS Assessment, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number when you book, buy, or write to us.
• Questionnaire responses: the answers you give in the AIOS Assessment or any pre-call questionnaire.
• Business information: the sales, financial, and operational data you choose to show us during an audit call.
• Scheduling details: appointment times and time zone.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and cookies.

Payment card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

• To deliver what you bought: the audit, the roadmap, the assessment report.
• To schedule, remind, and follow up on your session.
• To send you information you asked for, including partner offers you opted into.
• To keep the site working and understand how it is used.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Who handles it

We run our business on a small set of established providers, each covered by its own privacy terms:

• GoHighLevel: customer records, email, and text messaging.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Our scheduling provider: calendar bookings.
• DigitalOcean and Cloudflare: hosting and content delivery.

4. Email and text messages

When you give us your email address or phone number, you agree we may contact you about your purchase, your session, and related offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. You can still buy from us if you opt out of marketing.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and basic analytics to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still load, though some features may not work as intended.

6. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. We share data only with the providers listed above, when the law requires it, or as part of a sale of the business, in which case this policy still applies to the data already collected.

7. How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and as long afterward as tax and legal rules require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where the law says we must keep it.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@freedomaios.com and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Children

Our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged by email to active customers.
