Terms of Service

FreedomAIOS is operated by IncredAgents LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using freedomaios.com, booking an AIOS Audit call, purchasing an AIOS Assessment, or engaging us for a custom build, you agree to these terms.

1. The services

The AIOS Audit call is a 60-minute working session by phone or video, priced at $297. You leave with a written Freedom Roadmap describing what is not working in your business, what it costs you, and what to fix first.

The AIOS Assessment is an online questionnaire priced at $97. Your answers are scored against our rubric, and a human reviews every report before it is delivered to you by email.

Custom FreedomAIOS builds are designed, installed, and maintained under a separate written agreement with its own pricing and terms. Nothing on this site obligates you to a build. If you do purchase a custom build after an audit, the audit fee is credited toward that build in full.

2. Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are due at the time of booking or purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe through our GoHighLevel checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.

3. The audit guarantee

If your audit call does not show you at least one way to generate or save at least $1,000 in your business, we refund the audit fee in full, on the spot. No forms, no conditions beyond showing up prepared as described in Section 4.

4. Scheduling and preparation

The audit happens live, on the call. We do not review your materials in advance. Your preparation is part of the service working: come with access to your sales numbers, your financial reports, and the ability to log in to your own systems while we are on the call together.

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Missed calls without notice may be treated as completed sessions.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, that you are authorized to share it, and that any business data you show us belongs to you or your company.

6. Intellectual property

Your Freedom Roadmap, your assessment report, and the data behind them are yours. Our methods, rubrics, templates, software, and the FreedomAIOS name remain ours. A custom build transfers only what its own agreement says it transfers.

7. What this is not

Our work is business guidance. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it does not replace a licensed professional in those fields.

8. Results

Client stories on this site are real experiences from real clients. They describe what happened for those businesses. They are not a promise of your results, because your business, your market, and your execution are yours.

9. Partners and affiliates

Some people recommend FreedomAIOS through partner pages and referral links, and they may receive a commission when you buy through them. Every partner page carries a disclosure naming that relationship.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is capped at the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where IncredAgents LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

If we change these terms, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or services after that date means you accept the new terms.
